Home care and self-managed support vacancies can be found in the regions of North Lanarkshire, East Renfrewshire and Renfrewshire and you could be helping people with various physical disabilities or mental health issues. For example, Aspire is looking for staff to support a young man with the autism spectrum who lives in his own home. There is currently a small, dedicated support team that provides round-the-clock assistance, which includes additional 1: 1 and 2: 1 assistance for activities such as going to the cinema, traveling with your own car, and sensory activities. Due to specific dietary requirements, meal planning and preparation is beneficial.

Working on a continuous rotation, full-time and part-time positions are available. Salaries depend on service and shift model which includes day, return and night work on weekends.
